My Philosophy
All of us come into contact with four energies everyday: Stress, Shame, Trauma and Grief. The #1 principle that I teach: Find a series of actions you can take on a daily basis, regardless of how you feel, to stay spiritually fit so that you can metabolize those energies. Spirituality is a unique, individual, personal process and no one should tell anyone what that means, looks like, how to define it, communicate with it, how a person connects and disconnects from it or what to call it. When a person gets “Spiritually Fit,” whatever that means for you, symptoms begin to melt away. Learning Self-Love is a teachable process.
I’m committed to providing the keys to unlock the gate to Long Term Sobriety, Emotional, Spiritual and Mental Healing. I am trained and specialize in Trauma using EMDR therapy for adolescents and adults. All of our issues are in our tissues. You are the expert in your life. My role is to ask the right questions, observe your blindspots and guide with Love.
Most of us are aware of how stress manifests itself in our lives. Understanding that Shame is “baked” into every system, Trauma happens in the small moments of our lives, and that anytime there is change (whether we label that change Good/Bad, Right/Wrong, Positive/Negative) there is loss and we are always in the grief cycle.
